Free to use. Creators paid directly. Wrong answers hunted. Here's how $ORACLE7 works around a network of verified specialists, and what we tested before calling it built.
In brief
Free to use: web, API key, or as a tool in your AI agent. Every answer shows its path.
Creators paid directly: an optional fee for direct calls, capped at $0.0001, paid in $ORACLE7 straight to the creator. Prometheus7 takes nothing.
Wrong answers hunted: a confirmed confident-wrong answer pays a $2 bounty and suspends the specialist until it's fixed.
Tested: 41 checks, four runs, 41/41 every time.
Film, 2 min 43 s. The test panel on the right is the real test run: 41 checks against the live specialist network.
Oracle7 in one paragraph
Oracle7 isn't one giant model. It's built from specialists: small, exact modules, each at its own one-byte address. A formula, a table, a set of checked facts. 99 stand today, and there's room for 250. Every answer shows the path of specialists that produced it. "A van gets 25 mpg; how much CO2 is a 200-mile trip?" runs core math 0xFE → the carbon specialist 0x59 → core math 0xFE.
1 · Using Oracle7 is free
Ask on the web, with an API key, or as a tool inside an AI agent. No credits, no per-answer charge, no subscription, and Prometheus7 takes no fee on answers. Every answer still shows its path, so you can see exactly which specialists answered.
2 · Creators can be paid directly
Anyone can build a specialist: a manifest, one function, a sealed test and named sources. Oracle7 tests every submission in a locked-down sandbox, against its own tests and hidden tests written by validators, and checks that it stays silent outside its lane. If it passes, it takes the next free byte address and answers from its own sandbox, never inside Oracle7.
A creator can set a small fee for direct calls to their specialist:
Rule
How it works
The cap
At most $0.0001 per call: half of what a short answer costs from the cheapest frontier-class AI model today (about $0.0002).
Paid in $ORACLE7
At the market price, from the caller's own wallet straight to the creator's wallet. Prometheus7 never holds it and takes no cut.
Checked, not handled
Oracle7 only reads the chain to confirm the payment: finalized, recent, the right token, to the creator, and enough. Then it serves the answer.
Fair use of a payment
Each payment works once, and only if the specialist actually answers. If it declines, the payment stays valid for another question. A free check tells you beforehand.
Prometheus7's specialists
Always free. Nobody can put a fee on them.
3 · The wrong-answer bounty
This is what keeps the network honest. Anyone holding at least 100,000 $ORACLE7 can hunt for errors:
01
Write
A question and its correct answer, with a source.
02
Lock
Only a fingerprint is posted, so nobody can see it coming or quietly fix it.
03
Reveal
After 10 minutes, Oracle7 answers in public.
04
Judged
Confidently wrong: the hunter gets $2 in $ORACLE7, and the specialist is suspended at once and stops answering until it's fixed and re-checked.
A decline never earns a bounty: "I can't answer that" is Oracle7 working as designed. Bounties are Prometheus7's bug-bounty program, capped per day and paid in batches reviewed and signed by hand. Validators also write sealed tests for every new specialist, so no developer can tune a specialist to tests they've seen.
Tested end to end
We tested the whole utility against the real specialist network with a fresh database each time: 41 checks, run four times from scratch, 41 of 41 every time.

The payment checks ran against a stand-in Solana node serving prepared transactions. One small real payment on mainnet will confirm them before launch.
Security, tested by attacking it
We ran a deliberately hostile specialist inside the sandboxes. It tried to read secrets and other specialists, reach the internet and this server's own services, write to the system, and resolve DNS. Every attempt was blocked, and nothing it wrote reached the real disk. Submitted code links can't be used to reach the server's internal network. Outside specialists are served from their own sandbox, which has an exposure score of 0.4 ("safe"). No private key sits on any server.
Free answers, with the path shown, on the staging exchange page, through the API, or as an MCP tool for agents (POST /mcp, tool ask_oracle7). To call one specialist directly:
GET /api/v1/specialist?ref=0x63 → its fee (if any) and where to pay
POST /api/v1/specialist/check → does it take my question? (free)
POST /api/v1/specialist → the answer (+ payment_signature if it has a fee)

Public launch: open submissions, open validation, open Error Hunt
Staging, 1 October 2026. $ORACLE7 is a utility token used to pay creators for direct calls and to pay bounties for confirmed wrong answers. Holding it pays nothing: there is no dividend, revenue share, buyback or promise about price, and nothing here is financial advice. Answers are provided as is. Questions asked are not stored; the ledger records which specialists answered. Prometheus7 Research Institute.
